Mello Lime Return Policy

At Mello Lime, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth return experience.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Sale items, accessories, and final sale products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@mellolime.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack and Ship: Safely pack your item(s) and use the provided return label or ship it back via your preferred carrier. Please ensure the package is tracked.
  4. Return Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 5 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping:

  • For defective or incorrect items, Mello Lime will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
